100% DONATION PACKAGE OVERVIEW
South African Hunting Safari supports many nonprofits organizations in the United States each year and will gladly provide you with many references. Thank you for affording us the opportunity to assist your qualified organization with its fundraising efforts.

Our Donation Package is a 100% donation. It consists of a seven day Plains Game Hunting Safari for four hunters at South African Hunting Safari's 5000 hectare privately owned game ranch located in the North West Province of South Africa.

Animals hunted or wounded
Pre and post safari accommodation

Gratuity to staff & PH.
The four hunters are required to hunt a minimum of one animal each however additional non-hunting activities are often available and can be arranged at specially discounted prices. The winner may also choose to upgrade the package to a Big 5 Hunt, add additional hunters or non-hunting observers to the package at specially reduced rates. All animals hunted or wounded will be charged as per trophy price list.
REQUEST DONATION
Requests are only accepted from non-profit organizations and/or charities, churches and schools holding fundraisers in the USA. Trips may only be used as live auction, silent auction or online auction. We do not donate to individuals, for-profit organizations or any group not listed as a 501 c-3 not-for-profit organization.

OUR PROCESS

DONATION REQUESTS
We are contacted via multiple online outlets for donation requests. In some instances, South African Hunting Safaris offers the donations before they are requested.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The donation package is auctioned at your event using your excellent event coordinating skills. We are sure there will be ample excitement! Once you have a winner you will issue them with the Prize Certificate provided in your confirmation email

SUBMIT REQUEST
Complete & submit the Donation Request Form below. You will receive a confirmation email containing the Prize Certificate to be issued to your winner

AUCTION DAY
After you have issued the Prize Certificate to your winner you will encourage them to claim their prize by completing their details on the link provided in the certificate within seven business days. African Hunting Safari will contact and congratulate the winner upon them submitting their claim.

SUPPORT
South African Hunting Safaris provides support to your event coordinators by answering questions and education about the packages.

PREPARING FOR THE HUNT
We strongly advise that winners confirm safari date availability with South African Hunting Safari prior to purchasing their flights. We will provide support to the winner and get them set up for an amazing hunt!
